1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skill Spirits website (skillspirits.in) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Program Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in Skill Spirits programs is subject to the following terms:

  • All enrollments are confirmed only after full payment is received
  • Internship programs are priced at ₹150 (1 month), ₹200 (2 months), ₹250 (3 months), or ₹500 (6 months)
  • Self-learning courses are priced at a flat ₹3,500 per course
  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, and digital wallets
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; enrolled students are not affected by price changes

3. Certificate Issuance

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program
  • Completion requires finishing all assigned projects and assessments
  • Certificates are digitally issued and can be verified online
  • Skill Spirits reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of academic dishonesty
  • Certificate design and format may change without prior notice

4. Code of Conduct

All students enrolled in Skill Spirits programs must:

  • Maintain respectful communication with mentors and fellow students
  • Submit original work — plagiarism will result in immediate removal
  • Not share, distribute, or sell course materials to third parties
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Follow the program schedule and communicate any delays

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, designs, logos, and other intellectual property on the Skill Spirits platform are owned by Skill Spirits or its licensors. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal learning purposes only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Students retain ownership of their original project submissions
  • Skill Spirits may use anonymized student work for promotional purposes with consent

6. Limitation of Liability

Skill Spirits provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee employment or placement after program completion
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program
  • We are not responsible for third-party website content or services

7. Modification of Terms

Skill Spirits reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
